Professional Executive Assistance

Alinea Virtual Assist (AVA) was founded in 2025 by Alanna Davis, an experienced executive support professional with a strong background in the legal and community sectors. With a career grounded in high-level support to the family law profession and practice management, Alanna has developed a reputation for exceptional organisation, precision, and reliability.

AVA began as a passion project, an opportunity for Alanna to combine her operational expertise with her creativity and forward-thinking approach. Even before AVA officially launched, clients were already seeking her support, recognising her ability to deliver high-quality work with efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Alanna has extensive experience working with Boards and Committees, including preparing agendas, distributing papers, taking minutes, and maintaining secure information portals. In addition to her executive support background, she completed a Diploma in Marketing and Communications in 2019, bringing valuable skills in social media management, website and blog administration, and event coordination, from small CPD sessions to large-scale fundraising dinners. She has also engaged with media including radio, television, and podcasts, and has experience conducting interviews and developing written content.

Her skillset includes wrangling busy inboxes and calendar management; drafting policies, procedures, and precedents; creating usable spreadsheets and data tools; managing a wide range of communications; and preparing newsletters, correspondence, and court documents.

Originally from Canberra, Alanna now lives in the region with her husband, son, and three beloved dogs, Alfie, Archie, and Cecil. She is deeply community-minded, an ongoing blood donor, a supporter of the Canberra Hospital Foundation, and previously served as a survivor-advocate for Canberra Health Services’ PARTY Program, which educates young people about the risks associated with excessive drinking and drug use.
